Saturday Night Jazz & Standards is a new live radio show on WRAJ Internet Radio that begins at 10:00PM EST every Saturday night. The show plays some of the best instrumental and vocal jazz songs selected from The Great American Songbook.

Artists from the past and present are played throughout the jazz-filled evening including Tony Bennett, Frank Sinatra, Ella Fitzgerald, Michael Buble, Diana Krall, Jane Monheit, Oscar Peterson, Billie Holiday, Dean Martin, Kenny G, Louis Armstrong, Nat King Cole, along with many others.

This new show was created in order to bring a larger variety to the radio station and hopefully give some listeners a new genre of music to enjoy in their preferred collection of music.

The host (Jimmy) has been listening to Jazz and Standards since his grandfather introduced him to Frank Sinatra back when he was 6 six years old. His grandfather was the person who really taught him to how appreciate music as much as he does today. Jimmy dedicates this show to his grandfather who passed on back in 2006.

Jimmy Jimmy is a DJ at WRAJ Internet Radio and he is currently the Program Specials Director on WRAJ Internet Radio. Jimmy has been apart of WRAJ Internet Radio since late 2002 and is also the WRAJ Internet Radio's weather meteorologist.
