Anthony Zaragoza announced earlier this week with the schedule of the holiday music being played this year. “We will be starting to play our holiday music collection with our regular library on November 19th through December 23,” said Zaragoza. Additionally, he announced “after December 23, we will be playing non-stop holiday music with less interruptions through Christmas day.” Anthony also added that the Twelve Days of Christmas has been canceled due to the low ratings in 2006 compared to our previous years of the same project we are doing this year.
Regular programming, such as Indie Mornings with shows Colorado Wave, On the Horizon, Music Highway, and Indie Traffic Jam ; AZ Tech Talk, Back to the 80’s, 8 O’clock 80’s, and The Afternoon Show will remain in their scheduled slot. “If there is holiday music or not on the show, we are going to air all of the shows.” All shows after 12PM EST on December 23 will be removed through December 26 at 3AM EST.
The date for this year’s annual Christmas Special with Jim and Ant has not been announced. “Jim and I are currently deciding a date for this special, and it is definetly happening, it is our big tradition here at WRAJ.”
